Tonight, Friday Night SmackDown makes its return to Columbus, Ga. when King Booker makes a royal appearance at the Columbus Civic Center. The site will serve as the battle ground for the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Booker and former champion Batista.

The last time SmackDown broadcasted from the Columbus Civic Center was on Feb. 10 when Undertaker picked up a DQ win over Mark Henry in the main event. Chris Benoit also won a Fatal Four Way Match to become No. 1 Contender to the United States Championship.

Home to the Columbus Cottonmouths hockey team, the center was built in 1996. The venue played host to the Chattahoochee Valley Vipers indoor football team this past year and Columbus expects a new World Indoor Football League team to begin play at the Civic Center in 2007.

Will Columbus see the crowning of a new World Heavyweight Champion? What is next for Mike "The Miz" Mizanin after notching a win in his first WWE match? And is this the night that The Boogeyman will finally come out from the shadows? Find out all this and more tonight on Friday Night SmackDown at 8/7 CT on UPN.
