After SmackDown, Eve interviewed World Heavyweight Champion Edge. The Rated-R Superstar and his fiancée, General Manager Vickie Guerrero, along with “The Family,” continued to remind our fans and SmackDown Superstars of who has the power on Friday nights. With Edge as the special guest referee when Chavo Guerrero took on Batista, the Ultimate Opportunist and “The Family” made sure Chavo picked up the victory and then assaulted The Animal.

The cocky champion then told Eve that next week on SmackDown, he would banish his longtime rival, United States Champion Matt Hardy. Will Edge get the opportunity to face Hardy or will the 2008 WWE Draft see the World Heavyweight Champion or U.S. Champion leave SmackDown?
