SmackDown Five-Point Preview: Sept. 17, 2015

Can Rollins coexist with Mr. Money in the Bank?

Sheamus taunts Seth Rollins: SmackDown, Sept. 10, 2015

The Celtic Warrior reminds The Architect that he could end up competing in three matches at Night of Champions.

As announced on WWE.com, WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion Seth Rollins will team with “Mr. Money in the Bank” Sheamus against Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose on SmackDown’s main event. But can the unlikely partners coexist?

This teamup comes after weeks of taunting The Architect with the possibility of cashing in his Money in the Bank contract at Night of Champions — where Rollins will already be facing Sting & John Cena for his respective titles. So it seems a longshot that the two competitors will be singing “Kumbaya” together anytime soon.

Add to the mix the fact that Rollins will be standing across from his one-time Shield cohorts — who are primed to go to war, alongside a mystery partner, against The Wyatt Family Sunday — and you find that anarchy is not only likely, it’s guaranteed.

Is SmackDown ready for the Bellabration?

Just who will be on the guest list? And will Team PCB have anything to say about it, considering that Charlotte is poised for a rematch for Nikki’s title at Night of Champions?

The World's Largest Athlete causes a giant interruption in The Awesome One's showdown against The Swiss Superman.

Two weeks ago on Raw. Big Show opted to knock out Cesaro. Now, it looks as if The Swiss Superman is out for payback, as he will battle The World’s Largest Athlete on SmackDown.

Absolutely no one can deny the strength of The King of Swing. But does he have the power to chop the giant down to size? Find out tonight on Syfy.

Can The Showoff show up Owens?

Cesaro vs. Rusev: Raw, Sept. 14, 2015

The Swiss Superman clashes with The Bulgarian Brute in the Raw ring.

In recent weeks, the WWE Universe has been caught up in the controversy between Dolph Ziggler, Summer Rae and Rusev. Monday was no exception, as The Showoff presented the blond bombshell with a gift, costing her husky beau his match in the process — and, thereafter, causing The Bulgarian Brute to completely flip out.

While Ziggler’s showdown against Rusev at Night of Champions promises to be cataclysmic, however, the bleach-blonde Superstar must put all that on hold for a few days to focus on his very dangerous SmackDown clash against Kevin Owens.

But perhaps the real question is: Just how much is Rusev going to put on hold? Plus, do not forget about Owen’s imminent Night of Champions clash with Intercontinental Champion Ryback. If Owens loses focus for one moment, it could be feeding time!
