WWE Champion Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels will have a face-off tonight on Raw six days before they battle for the WWE Title at Survivor Series. And WWE.com has just learned that Mr. McMahon will serve as the moderator.

This will be the last time our fans will hear from the Legend Killer and The Showstopper before their showdown. Last Monday, Michaels knocked out Orton for the fifth straight week with Sweet Chin Music, prompting the WWE Champion to meet with Raw GM William Regal and persuade him to ban the move at Survivor Series. Under the stipulation, if HBK uses, or attempts to use, his lethal trademark move, the match will be stopped immediately. He will be disqualified and never get another opportunity at Orton's WWE Title.

However, on the heels of his blatant disqualification at Cyber Sunday against HBK, if Orton is disqualified at Survivor Series, or appears to attempt to get disqualified, he will lose the WWE Championship. See how these stipulations came to be in the AT&T After the Bell exclusive video now.
