Arena Report - St. Pete Times Forum

TAMPA, Fla.--Just 24 hours after the hellacious Extreme Rules pay-per-view, One Night Stand, Raw will continue to blow the roof off the St. Pete Times Forum tonight.

One of Florida's premiere sports and entertainment destinations, the Forum first opened its doors on October 20, 1996 as the Tampa Bay Lightning of the NHL hosted the New York Rangers. In 2004, the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Calgary Flames to win their first Stanley Cup at the Forum. The 2003 NCAA Men's basketball tournament and the NHL All-Star game are just some of the other notable events that have graced the St. Pete Times Forum.

WWE has made its mark at St. Pete as well.

At the 2000 Survivor Series Stone Cold Steve Austin fought Triple H in a No Disqualification Match, which resulted in Austin lifting the car that Triple H was in with a car lift and dropping it approximately 20 feet to the ground. In other action, Kane defeated Chris Jericho after a brutal chokeslam and Kurt Angle defeated Undertaker to retain the WWE Championship.

There is no question that after One Night Stand, the chaotic storm has not subsided. Catch all of the Raw action live at 9/8 CT on USA Network!
