Arena Report - United Spirit Arena

WWE rolls into West Texas tonight for a live edition of Monday Night RAW. While this will mark the United Spirit Arena's first-ever RAW, it is no stranger to WWE action.

In September of last year, the United Spirit Arena hosted a Texas-sized version of SmackDown. On that night, Ken Kennedy defeated Rey Mysterio, with help from Rey's current rival and Judgment Day opponent, JBL. Also on SmackDown, Chris Benoit made Orlando Jordan tap out in under one minute to retain his United States Championship. In the main event, WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero and Batista defeated MNM after Eddie hit a top rope Frog Splash.

The United Spirit Arena is a 15,000 seat multi-purpose venue that has hosted numerous sports and entertainment events since its grand opening in 1999. The venue has hosted some of the music world's top acts such as Kiss, Elton John and Creed. The United Spirit Arena is also home to legendary coach Bob Knight's Texas Tech Red Raiders men's basketball team.

Tonight on RAW, Triple H will attempt to win his 11th World Championship as he challenges John Cena for a third time. If you can't be there in person, be sure to tune in to USA at 9/8 CT as WWE makes RAW history, live from Lubbock.
