For a second week in a row, the strange mix of “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Shad & JTG blended together to continue their curious caper. After handing over pocketfuls of money last week to the Cryme Tyme duo, this week Duggan radioed back to his partners to help set up another apparent scheme designed to separate people from their paper.
