UPDATE: Sheamus taken to local medical facility following injury on Raw

UPDATE, NOV. 18, 2014: During WWE Main Event on WWE Network, Michael Cole provided an update from Dr. Amann on Sheamus' condition. The Celtic Warrior suffered a left cervical neurapraxia (stinger in arm), bone spurring, narrowing of the spinal canal (spinal stenosis) and narrowing of the nerve canals (neuroforaminal) along with nerve compression in his neck. Sheamus will not be able to compete this Sunday at Survivor Series.

VIRGINIA — WWE.com can confirm that former U.S. Champion Sheamus was taken to a local medical facility in Virginia following his match with Big Show on Raw. The extent of The Celtic Warrior’s injury is undetermined, but it has been confirmed he will not be able to compete at Survivor Series this Sunday.
