What's happening at One Night Stand

WWE.com is on the scene in every nook and cranny of the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. observing the pre-show extremities of One Night Stand, the Extreme Rules event that makes its way onto pay-per-view live tonight.

Jacksonville bonus, 7:55 p.m.
Just moments before One Night Stand began on pay-per-view, Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella defeated Chris Masters in a match exclusively for the fans here in Jacksonville.

A Legendary arrival, 7:15 p.m.
Florida sports-entertainment legend Dory Funk, Jr. was spotted in the locker room area visiting the WWE family. Dory, who once competed alongside brother Terry as Hoss Funk in WWE rings 20 years ago, stopped to chat with several Superstars.

Welcome to the show, 6:55 p.m.
Doors have opened, and our fans have begun pouring into the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. With One Night Stand going live on pay-per-view in just over an hour, the fans inside the arena are at a fever pitch.

Room for more, 6:00 p.m.
Pudding update: Staff have begun working feverishly to fill the pool of pudding for tonight's Pudding Match. Fortunately, no one has fallen into the gooey goodness yet.

Climbing the walls, 5:38 p.m.
The ladders that will be used in tonight's World Tag Team Championship Ladder Match are being compiled. The steel structures that The Hardys and The World's Greatest Tag Team will use to climb for the gold have been painted, tested and approved for tonight's clash. After seeing how destructive Jeff Hardy can be with a ladder at WrestleMania 23, the production crew has lined up a slew of replacements.

Enter "The Mouth", 4:56 p.m.
WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Hart has made his way to Jacksonville to promote WWE's Biggest Fan contest, which you can enter here. "Always glad to do whatever I can to spread the word of WWE," the never-speechless "Mouth of the South" said. Luckily, he didn't scream it through his megaphone.

Dessert already?, 4:18 p.m.

Should Bill Cosby walk into the arena tonight, even he would be floored by the amount of pudding that will go into tonight's battle between Melina and Candice. 7,000 industrial size cans of chocolate pudding are stacked on one entire side of the arena, and later the 1,000-plus gallons of gooey chocolate goodness will decorate the bodies of the two delicious Divas doing battle. Immediately after snapping the photos, one WWE.com staffer went off in search of a giant spoon.

No better place than here, 3:36 p.m.
Sandman, CM Punk and Tommy Dreamer are congregated in one corner of the catering room, going over strategy for their Six-Man Tag Team Tables Match tonight. All three men have slapped the table they are sitting at several times, pounding it so hard that it nearly collapsed. When it finally buckled, a coy Sandman looked over it after a brief second and said, "That's one."

Extreme setup, 2:49 p.m.
Construction of the set is underway, and with the Extreme Rules theme of the night comes an extreme entranceway. Just about any weapon you can think of that will be used under Extreme Rules is represented. Ladders, tables, chairs, and more than 1,000 yards of barbed wire are being trotted out as decoration. Obviously, we can't give away what the finished product looks like … you'll just have to tune in tonight to see.

The World's Greatest Autograph Session, 2:07 p.m.

Much to the surprise of our fans outside, Charlie Haas stopped to sign a few autographs for the rabid throng of folks outside…however, he would only agree to autograph items if they featured a likeness of himself or tag team partner Shelton Benjamin. When one fan produced a piece of a ladder, Haas snickered and walked away.

One man, one mission, 1:19 p.m.

Tonight is Bobby Lashley's chance to regain the ECW World Title from Mr. McMahon. And while he is fully focused on his Street Fight, the always-gracious Lashley took a moment upon his arrival to autograph a photo for his limousine driver.

Early birds, 12:33 p.m.

Dozens of our fans are lined up outside the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, hoping for a glimpse of their favorite Superstars as they arrive. Nearly eight hours before showtime, the throng is ready for tonight's Extreme Rules action, and the chants of "E-C-DUB! E-C-DUB!" are already out in full force.
