The No. 1 contender to the ECW Championship, Big Show, is currently undergoing an MRI to figure out if the swelling around his eye might be due to a broken bone in his face from One Night Stand's brutal Singapore Cane Match.

Big Show and four other former ECW Champions met Sunday at the San Diego Sports Arena all vying for an opportunity to face Kane for the ECW Championship at Night of Champions. In the end, it was Big Show with a chokeslam and stiff Singapore cane blast to the skull of Tommy Dreamer that ended the match and gave The World's Largest Athlete the win.

Following the match, Big Show, who was bleeding from a gash above his left eye, sought medical attention in the locker room. As shown earlier today in exclusive photos on WWE.com, Big Show's eye became tremendously swollen throughout the night which caused the alarm.
