Cryme Tyme wins a five-team Tag Team Turmoil Match
WWE fans were treated to a surprise bonus as Lilian Garcia announced a Tag Team Turmoil Match. Cryme Tyme stole the show and along with it, a chance at the World Tag Team Championship.
Shad pinned Lance Cade after JTG hit him with a neck breaker in a match that pitted Cryme Tyme against Cade & Murdoch, the Highlanders, Super Crazy & Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the World's Greatest Tag Team. In a Tag Team Turmoil Match, two teams start out in the ring. Once a member of one of the teams is defeated, another team replaces them in action. After all of the eliminations, JTG & Shad were the only two Superstars left standing.
"We gonna win those titles," Shad said, "and they're going from gold to platinum around our waists."
In the week before New Year's Revolution on Raw, Cryme Tyme teamed up with the Highlanders to defeat the World's Greatest Tag Team with Cade & Murdoch. At the pay-per-view, the duo earned a chance to become World Tag Team Champions and prove to WWE fans that they are worthy of adding the titles to their bling.
