ST. LOUIS – For any WWE Superstar, suffering two concussions in a short span of time is a dangerous scenario. But for someone with a history of concussions like Shawn Michaels, it may end up being career-threatening. HBK has a history of concussions going back to 1995, when he was assaulted and forced to relinquish the Intercontinental Title. Since then, HBK has been no stranger to brain trauma, even nearly losing a chance at achieving his boyhood dream of winning the WWE Title thanks to a concussion.

ST. LOUIS – Last night, Shawn Michaels suffered a severe concussion at the hands of Randy Orton during their match at Judgment Day. WWE’s Dr. Ferdinand Rios told WWE.com that HBK has been sent home for further evaluation after suffering what is his second concussion in three weeks.

For three straight weeks on Raw, the 7-foot tall Mastodon demonstrated the brute force he possesses by leaving Cena unable to stand, let alone defend himself. In a message specifically targeted at The Champ, Khali also decimated Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton and Edge before boldly doing what no Superstar has ever done – steal Cena’s title. The display of utter disrespect shocked the WWE Champion and left him to wonder about a strategy that could possibly work to cut the mammoth Superstar down.
