Before Santina Marella made her debut in the 25-Diva Battle Royal at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, the WWE Universe had no idea Santino Marella's twin sister from Italy even existed. Since that memorable night where Santina captured the “Miss WrestleMania” crown, we’ve learned that she hates Beth Phoenix and she loves to dance, but many things about the surprisingly hairy Diva remain a mystery.

With Santina’s Extreme Rules Hog Pen Match against the newly crowned “Miss WrestleMania” Vickie Guerrero only days away, WWE.com went to the Italian Superstar Santino Marella to find out everything we could about his eerily identical twin. Not surprisingly, the former Intercontinental Champion was at no loss for words.

"Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero has accepted a Hog Pen Match with my twin sister for Extreme Rules, but she does not know this isn’t the first time Santina has wrestled a pig. At our annual village fair in Calabria, Santina would dismantle a 200-pound boar with her bare hands. That is only half the size of Vickie, but still pretty impressive."
