MVP remains in burn unit

It was first reported on WWE.com that SmackDown Superstar MVP suffered only first-degree burns during his Inferno Match with Kane at Armageddon. It now appears, however, that the injuries were worse than first reported.

WWE.com learned on Tuesday that the cocky newcomer remains in the burn unit of a Richmond hospital. There, he is receiving treatment for an infection and severe blistering of the burned area.

As of now, there is no timetable for MVP's return.
