Lashley on WWE.com Instant Access
Lashley turned back two men at Armageddon - William Regal and Paul Burchill - then talked to WWE.com Instant Access about his amazing success.
WWE.com: What special training helped you prepare to face two men in one match?
Lashley: Well, since I live in Colorado, it's basically altitude training. In Colorado, it's not as easy to breathe, so it's mainly cardio work like mountain climbing.
WWE.com: What would winning the Royal Rumble and going on to main-event your first WrestleMania mean?
Lashley: It would be a dream come true. I know right now that I train harder than anyone, and it's good to see that kind of training and dedication pay off.
