Vote by Mobile Phone: If you have your own wireless device capable of two way text messaging from a participating carrier (carriers include: AT&T Wireless), you may vote by sending a text message to the short code 44993 with your vote during WWE pay-per-view events which occur on scheduled Sundays (check your local cable or satellite provider) or WWE's current schedule. Standard text messaging rates apply to each text message sent or received (contact your carrier for pricing plans and details). All valid vote entries will receive a "thank you" text message. Any entries outside of valid vote window will not be counted and will not receive a response. To get help on pay-per-view SMS voting at any time send HELP to the 44993 short code, call 888-782-2180, M-F 9:00am – 5:00pm PT or e-mail info@telescope.tv. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by responding "end", "stop," "quit," "cancel" or "unsubscribe" to the thank you text message or to the 33088 short code.
Broadcaster, Production Company and/or Telescope not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected text messages; failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable network, server; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion or for any technical problem….etc. WWE reserves the right to remove and or make void any entries that were entered unfairly, e.g. by automated means. WWE is not responsible for damages from use of service. This service can be changed or discontinued without notice.
