THE “ZOHAN SLAM” Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND IN RHODE ISLAND, HAWAII AND ALASKA. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF FORTY-SEVEN (47) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND, ALASKA AND HAWAII. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting http://www.wwe.com/play/sweepstakes/zohan/ and completing the entry form by providing the following information: (i) your full name; (ii) your full mailing address; (iii) your e-mail address; (iv) your phone number (with area code); (v) your gender; and (iv) your date of birth. Entries must be received between 6:00 p.m. (ET) on 5/6/08, when Sweepstakes begins, and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 6/09/08 when Sweepstakes ends (“Entry Period”). Only one entry per person, per unique email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, any on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of forty-seven (47) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, Alaska and Hawaii who are at least eighteen (18) years old when they enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must have Internet access as of 5/06/08. Employees of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or “Sponsor”), its licensors and prize providers and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, prize providers, promotion and advertising agencies, authorized designees and other related entities, and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes’ development, execution judging or administration (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of such employees and members of the households of such employees are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. DRAWING: On or about 6/10/08, the Prize Winner shall be selected at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail within one (1) week of being randomly selected. The Prize Winner may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and to see to it that WWE is in receipt of such information and documents within ten (10) days of being requested to provide the same. If a selected Prize Winner is a minor in his or her state of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign any documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign the documents. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory.

If a potential Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within five (5) days from initial notification attempt, if prize is returned as non-deliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Official Rules.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Indianapolis, IN to attend SummerSlam, currently scheduled to take place at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN on August 17, 2008. Trip includes roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to Indianapolis, IN from a major commercial airport near grand prize winner’s residence (ARV $1,000); two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy) (ARV $300); two (2) tickets to SummerSlam (ARV $180); a WWE merchandise prize pack, the contents of which shall be determined by WWE in its discretion (ARV $75); one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan t-shirt (ARV $5); one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan compact mirror and brush (ARV $2.50); and one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan hair dryer water gun (ARV $2.50).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,565. Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations.

Ten (10) First Prizes: Ten (1) First Prize Winners will each win one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan t-shirt (ARV $5); one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan compact mirror and brush (ARV $2.50); and one (1) You Don’t Mess with the Zohan hair dryer water gun (ARV $2.50). ARV of each First Prize: $10.

Approximate retail value of all prizes: $1665.00

Air transportation to Indianapolis, IN not provided if Grand Prize Winner resides less than 100 miles from Indianapolis, IN. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must take air travel on same itinerary and must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied during all aspects of the Grand Prize trip by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. If guest is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless he or she is the Grand Prize Winner. In all cases, the Grand Prize Winner’s guest (or parent/legal guardian of minor guest) will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law). Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age, parenthood or guardianship, and a Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize if Sponsor, in its discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All additional ground transfers, transportation, excursions, insurance, fees, meals, gratuities, room service charges, mini-bar fees, incidentals, departure, airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest.

Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize or comparable or greater value in its discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness if any, performance if any, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes or in any and all media at the discretion of Sponsor without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

None of the Sweepstakes Entities, nor any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, or any of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) shall be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Releasees; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the entrant’s participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b) typographical errors in the Official Rules or any Sweepstakes promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use any prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond any of the Releasees’ control, or as otherwise permitted in the Sweepstakes’ Official Rules, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Sweepstakes site or any computer online system, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Releasees or by an entrant, (i) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Releasees, or any of its agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Releasees. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Releasees have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Sweepstakes.

INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Requests must be received by August 15, 2008.

MISCELLANEOUS: Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
