Three-dogged night

In fact, The Phenom's surprise interruption during The Animal's title defense against Edge that evening, coupled with the unexpected return of Theodore Long, resulted in an announced three-for-all at Armageddon -- and left our fans wondering who will walk away with the championship two weeks from Sunday.

The returning Theodore Long dropped a bombshell at the conclusion of Batista vs. Edge Friday night: The Animal will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against both the Rated-R Superstar and Undertaker in a Triple Threat Match at Armageddon. While all three Superstars must have mixed emotions about the announcement, Edge in particular was also quite angry. Following the announcement, the Rated-R Superstar accosted Long and laid into him with some intensely harsh words.
