I hate doing abdominal workouts. Is there anything John Cena does other than crunches to build his six-pack?
Franco R., Lawrence, Kan.
According to John Cena, he doesn't do a single ab exercise to keep his abs.

"Instead, I cater my diet," he says. "Eat small, healthy meals throughout the day. The goal is to keep your metabolism going and to always keep that fire burning in your stomach. A lot of people eat one or two big meals a day, which isn't the way to get your metabolism in high gear. You should break it down and eat bi-hourly, or every three hours, so you're not full but not hungry either."

Tessa B., Yonkers, N.Y.

There are many theories as to where Mr. McMahon developed the power-walk. Some say it's a tribute to old-school Superstar Dr. Jerry Graham. Others, such as The Fabulous Moolah, claimed it was inspired by the original Nature Boy, Buddy Rogers. We'd like to think it's a natural by-product of having pockets laden with cash.

Was Andre the Giant an actual giant?
Lindsey S., Columbia, S.C.

Not quite. Andre's massive size was the result of a condition known as acromegaly, which is associated with gigantism, but different in that acromegaly generally occurs in adults, while gigantism is present from birth. However, Andre's mass still managed to present some unique challenges. When having back surgery prior to his famous match against Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania III, the doctors were so unprepared for someone of Andre's size, they were forced to create instruments specifically for the procedure!
