"Good Friends/Better Enemies"
DX is back and better than ever! But things have not always gone so smoothly between Triple H & Shawn Michaels. This week, WWE Magazine gives our fans an exclusive WWE.com look at the most memorable conflicts between HBK & The Game, courtesy of the November edition of WWE Magazine, on newsstands now.

Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter, then WWE Commissioner and no fan of DX, forced Shawn Michaels to defend the European Championship against his good buddy, Triple H. Both competitors feigned anger over this decision, and HBK essentially layed down for The Game to make the pin. Shawn pretended to cry, and the future King of Kings pretended to be elated, while both men managed to stick it to Sarge.
Shawn Michaels entered the ring for a Street Fight at SummerSlam in his first match since WrestleMania XIV four years prior. Although HBK emerged victorious, he did not walk away the winner, as Triple H grounded him with a devastating sledgehammer shot.
At Survivor Series, Triple H and Shawn Michaels competed in the first-ever Elimination Chamber Match along with four other Superstars. The Game entered as World Heavyweight Champion but left empty-handed, as HBK and his mysterious brown trunks took the title.
A Street Fight. A Steel Cage Match. A Ladder Match. These were the Three Stages of Hell in which Triple H and Shawn Michaels toiled at Armageddon. The Game scored the first pinfall, and The Showstopper countered with the second, but despite his Ladder Match expertise, Michaels was unable to hold onto the World Heavyweight Championship, as Triple H grabbed the title for the win.
Other than an Inferno Match, there was only one truly diabolical stipulation left for DX to contest: a Hell in a Cell Match. At the aptly-titled Bad Blood, Triple H and HBK worked like a wrecking crew, tearing each other apart (with the added help of some ladders and tables). Chalk up another win for Triple H — the man knows his way around a Cell.
Through their ups and downs, DX has endured and come back stronger than ever!
