Although Cody Rhodes failed to defeat Christian at No Way Out, he took out his frustrations on the Intercontinental Champion on SmackDown.

With a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match victory at No Way Out, Titus O'Neil & Darren Young garnered the No. 1 contender’s spot for the WWE Tag Team Championship and put themselves firmly in the title hunt.
