WWE's Apex Predator returned on SmackDown and unleashed his rage on Wade Barrett. The Viper then unleashed five devastating RKOs on the Superstars trying to separate him from Barrett.
The Awesome One lost to R-Truth on Raw SuperShow, resulting in The Miz becoming the first entrant into the Royal Rumble Match.

Dolph Ziggler is riding high going into his WWE Title Match at Sunday's Royal Rumble. He pinned WWE Champion CM Punk on Raw SuperShow, picking up a tag-team victory for himself and Jack Swagger. The Show-Off put a cap on his evening by laying out The Straight-Edge Superstar with a Zig-Zag.

After a distraction from John Laurinaitis cost Punk a tag team match on Raw, The Second City Saint challenged the Interim Raw GM to a match. Punk hit Laurinaitis with the GTS, but that left an opening for his challenger at the Royal Rumble, Dolph Ziggler, to hit a vicious Zig-Zag.

R-Truth climbs higher in the P25 after a big week on Raw. Posing as Eric Fleischer from the marketing department, he filled in The Miz on how disliked he is, according to research. Truth then defeated his partner in a match, forcing The Awesome One to enter Sunday's Royal Rumble Match at No. 1

Daniel Bryan

The World Heavyweight Champion did not compete this week. Bryan, however, did try to soften up Big Show with a chair attack, following the giant's match against Mark Henry on SmackDown. Show recovered and floored the champ with a big chokeslam.

Kane

Kane continued his path of destruction on Raw Supershow, seriously injuring Zack Ryder during a Falls Count Anywhere Match. The Big Red Monster viciously chokeslammed Long Island Iced-Z through the stage, putting Ryder out of action and sending a message to his Royal Rumble opponent, John Cena.
