WWE.com, in conjunction with the Academy of Wrestling Arts & Sciences (AWAS), ranks the Top 25 Superstars in WWE each week with Power 25. The rankings are based on victories, quality of opponents, momentum and overall in-ring dominance, as well as intangibles. Mick Foley
The Hardcore Legend returned on Raw SuperShow to announce his intentions of participating in the Royal Rumble Match. While he was denied by Interim GM John Laurinaitis, Foley showed he can still go by taking part in to the six-man tag team main event and introducing David Otunga to Mr. Socko.
