The rankings are based on victories, quality of opponents, momentum and overall in-ring dominance, as well as intangibles. Be sure to check back every Saturday for the latest POWER 25. The Academy replies: The fall of another champion shook things up this week, but there is no arguing the success Jeff's been having with and without his brother.
"Why didn't Punk move at all? He had a solid win on ECW on Sci Fi!" - Louis
The Academy replies: Punk is still in great shape at this point of his career, but remember he was the first one out in the Extreme Elimination Chamber.
"Where is Joey Mercury? He should be right there with Nitro." - Amy
The Academy replies: Johnny Nitro had a bit of a head start. If it was the P26, Mercury could be on the list, but he and Nitro need to get a bit more consistent right now.

Chavo Guerrero - There have just been too many nights off for the so-called fighting Guerrero. He can come back to the P25 when he gets back in the ring.
Kane - Kane has had his hands full with MVP and Mr. Kennedy. Will he be able to regain his monster form soon?
