"How does Finlay drop out of the Top 10? He retained the U.S. Championship!"- Kevin
The Academy replies: It's one thing to retain the gold, but quite another to actually win a match to do it.
"I can't wait until Sabu wins the ECW World Title and vaults to No. 1!" - Fred
The Academy replies: If he is victorious at SummerSlam, it will surely mean a huge jump...but not necessarily No. 1.
"It's about time the Women's Champion was back on the P25!" - Liz
The Academy replies: Maybe so, but Lita will need to stay active to stay on the P25.
The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their spot on the POWER 25 this week:
James & Stevens – Taking out the WWE Tag Team Champions during an interview isn't enough to keep them on the P25.
Kurt Angle – Once he's medically cleared to compete, he should be back on the P25 in no time.
Keep an eye on the following Superstars during the upcoming week:
Eugene & Hacksaw Jim Duggan – They took out the Squad in grand fashion; can they do it when it counts most?
Cade & Murdoch – They continue to win on HEAT...if they can do it on RAW, they'll make their way back on the list.
Rob Van Dam – The Ladder Match may have been a setback, but RVD is primed and ready to go.
