This Week Movement Superstar Last Week
1

JOHN CENA (18)

The Champ successfully retained the WWE Championship at SummerSlam, but then watched in horror as his father was kicked in the head by the vengeful Randy Orton. How will Cena respond this week on Raw?

1
2

JOHN MORRISON

The ECW Champion fended off CM Punk for a third time to retain his title at SummerSlam. But another title defense looms.

3
3

UMAGA (1)

The Samoan Bulldozer beat both Carlito and Mr. Kennedy at SummerSlam to retain the Intercontinental Championship. But on Raw, he was fixated on Jeff Hardy, beating down his former rival.

4
4

THE GREAT KHALI

The World Heavyweight Champion used a chair on Batista at SummerSlam to get disqualified. Now, he must face Championship Challenge winner Rey Mysterio at Unforgiven.

2
5

BATISTA

The Animal welcomed back Rey Mysterio on SmackDown with a handshake and a hug. But was Batista too easy on Rey? It may have cost him another opportunity at Khali in his Championship Challenge loss.

6
6

MATT HARDY

Make that EIGHT-time Tag Team Champion! The peculiar pairing of Matt with MVP proved golden on SmackDown as the duo ended Deuce & Domino's WWE Tag Team Championship reign. Sorry Cherry!

9
7

RANDY ORTON

The Legend Killer told WWE.com he'd kick his own father in the head if it would help him win the WWE Championship. Well, that'll make the Orton family's Labor Day barbecue awkward.

5
8

CM PUNK

The Straightedge Superstar was robbed at SummerSlam, as John Morrison used the ropes for leverage to pin Punk. Will a fourth crack at the ECW Championship prove more fruitful?

7
9

MONTEL VONTAVIOUS PORTER

It's official: The WWE Tag Team Champions are straight up Ballin'! Though, after watching MVP's teamwork in the match, he might want to offer Matt more help if he wishes to remain a double champion.

11
10

MARK HENRY

The Undertaker is returning at Unforgiven, and the World's Strongest Man was seen out at a local church, stocking up on crucifixes and holy water.

8
11

KANE

The Big Red Machine was able to defeat Finlay at SummerSlam, despite shennanigans from Hornswoggle. The leprechaun got him back at SmackDown, helping Finlay to a shillelagh-aided win.

10
12

SNITSKY

Snitsky, the Academy gets it! You like pain. Super Crazy also got the message first-hand, as the deranged giant took down the insane luchador on Heat.

14
13

CANDICE MICHELLE

The Women's Champion had a ringside seat at SummerSlam for the Divas Battle Royal. She got a close look at Beth Phoenix's dominance, as she earned the No. 1 contender status for Candice's title.

12
14

LANCE CADE & TREVOR MURDOCH

The World Tag Team Champions continue to have issues with Cryme Tyme. This week, Cade lost his cowboy hat to the "Cryme Tyme Shopping Network," who gave it to the Boston fans for free!

13
15

REY MYSTERIO

The former World Champion returned with a big victory over Chavo Guerrero at SummerSlam, then earned the No. 1 contender honor on SmackDown to face Khali at Unforgiven. Good week, eh?

NR
16

CARLITO

What's worse? A) Getting beat by Umaga at SummerSlam. B) Getting a Pedigree from Triple H on Raw. Or C) Finding out your sister slept with Mr. McMahon. The Academy votes "C". You can vote here.

15
17

KING BOOKER

That royal pain in King Booker's neck is from the Pedigree he received from Triple H at SummerSlam.

16
18

BIG DADDY V

ECW's goliath came up short in the Fatal Four Way to decide the new No. 1 contender for John Morrison's ECW Championship. He stared menacingly at match winner CM Punk afterward.

18
19

TRIPLE H

Behold, The King of Kings! The 10-time World Champion returns to the P25 after a lengthy absence. He successfully topped King Booker at SummerSlam.

NR
20

MR. KENNEDY

The Green Bay gladiator's match with Jeff Hardy was interupted by the Intercontinental Champion Umaga. While Kennedy escaped without a scratch, Hardy got the worst from the Samoan Bulldozer.

19
21

FINLAY

Irish eyes weren't smiling for the Belfast Bruiser. His trickery helped defeat Kane and earn Batista a DQ in the Championship Competition, but couldn't get him past Rey Mysterio to earn a title opportunity.

20
22

DEUCE & DOMINO

The greasers from The Other Side of the Tracks lost the WWE Tag Team Titles, slipping five spots in the poll. But they still have some excellent wheels, right?

17
23

CODY RHODES

Scoring a win in six-man tag action on Raw helps keep Rhodes rollin' on the P25. He was seen laughing in the locker room area as he watched Daivari get his "derka derka" swiped by Cryme Tyme.

22
24

BETH PHOENIX

The "Glamazon" makes her P25 debut after winning the Divas Battle Royal at SummerSlam and destroying Maria on Raw. If the Divas locker room didn't fear this rising Phoenix before, they do now.

NR
25

CHAVO GUERRERO

How will the crafty veteran recover from his loss to Rey Mysterio at SummerSlam? Don't expect Chavo to take the loss lying down.

WHAT YOU'RE SAYING

"The Great Khali falls to No. 4? He retained the gold at SummerSlam!" - Cody
The Academy replies: A loss is a loss. He retained, which keeps him in the top five, but he lost that match to Batista.

"How is Rey Mysterio already at No. 15? Whatever the reason, I love it." - Chelsea
The Academy replies: Wins at SummerSlam and SmackDown and becoming No. 1 contender... yeah, that's a pretty solid week.

"CM Punk only falls one spot? How many times does he have to lose to fall out of the top 10?" - Stan
The Academy replies: As he does in the ECW Championship race, CM Punk just keeps finding ways to hang around.

FAREWELL...

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their spot on the POWER 25 this week:

Hornswoggle - The Crusierweight Champion slips out of the rankings as he prepares to face Jamie Noble next week on SmackDown.

Stevie Richards - The ECW Original falls out of the Top 25 after his loss to Kevin Thorn.

William Regal - The Raw General Manager departs from the rankings after riding the success of his Battle Royal win weeks ago.

OTHERS EARNING VOTES...

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of the Academy:

Jeff Hardy - The high-flyer reappears on the P25 radar after an impressive match with Mr. Kennedy on Raw.

Elijah Burke - "Experiencing" a win over Balls Mahoney on ECW on Sci Fi gets Burke back in P25 range.
