The rankings are based on victories, quality of opponents, momentum and overall in-ring dominance, as well as intangibles. Be sure to check back every Saturday for the latest POWER 25. The Academy replies: Granted Cena proved himself over The Great Khali, but with Cena's RKO and Khali's dominant two weeks, this member was swayed enough to go with the Indian giant.
"How is Hornswoggle only No. 21? He had the best week out of anyone!" - J.T.
The Academy replies: No. 21 is nothing to sneeze at. It's his first week ever on the P25 and we're pretty sure he'll be sneaking his way up even further, soon.
"Randy Orton moved up that much simply because he got a match with Cena? Let's see him win it first." - Lesley
The Academy replies: Don't forgot beating Dusty Rhodes at his own game and sending Cody to the hospital. This was a huge week for Orton... and he managed to get one up on John Cena already.
