"Bobby Lashley at No. 1? He still has to prove himself against Cena." - Karen
The Academy replies: You're absolutely right. Right now, though, he is heading toward The Great American Bash with all of the momentum in the world.
"Melina falls? She can't help if she was too hurt to compete!" - Dawn
The Academy replies: The Academy thought it was a little bit of a cheap way out, but she'll certainly have the opportunity to prove us wrong at The Bash.
"I don't see the 'Nature Boy' on here. Am I reading this right?" - Christopher
The Academy replies: Sorry, but you are. He barely fell off, but when you're ranked No. 20-25 and Superstars like the Major Brothers have such a big week, you're in a pretty vulnerable spot.
The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their spot on the POWER 25 this week:
Ric Flair - The 16-time World Champion slips off the rankings. But with Nature Boy in the locker room, it probably won’t be for long.
Jimmy Wang Yang - The cruiserweight’s POWER 25 run ends after a loss to Finlay.
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of the Academy:
William Regal - The man behind the “power of the punch” earned a DQ win over Sandman, the man behind the “power of the cane.”
Big Daddy V - The goliath is even more dangerous with Matt Striker at his controls.
The Miz - Hoo-rah!!! The Miz scores his first-ever ECW win over Nunzio.
