| This Week | Movement | Superstar | Last Week |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 |
EDGE (10) The Rated-R Superstar picked up a count-out win over WWE Champion John Cena, earning the first Draft pick for SmackDown and the P25 No. 1 ranking. |
3 | |
| 2 |
BOBBY LASHLEY (8) The former ECW World Champion beat Benoit at the Raw Draft special, but then was drafted by Raw and stripped of his title in Mr. McMahon’s last official action before… |

| 3 |
JOHN CENA (1) Rough week for The Champ, as he lost to Edge on his home turf on Raw. And seeing Lashley drafted to Raw might give the Chain Gang cause to worry. |
1 | |
| 4 |
The Animal won two big matchups this week – a Triple Threat Match on Draft night and a win over MVP on SmackDown. Plus, he was reunited with his Evolution mentor, Ric Flair. |
5 | |

| 6 |
The ballin’ United States Champion scored a win over Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella, but then lost to Batista. Still, it must have been nice for Porter to see Benoit go to ECW. |
7 | |
| 7 |
On the best roll of his ECW career, the Straightedge Superstar put Carlito to sleep on Raw and won by disqualification on ECW on Sci Fi. He’s sure to be a top contender for that vacant ECW World Title. |
9 | |
| 8 |
The Rabid Wolverine lost to the ECW World Champion on Raw, but ironically, he now has a chance to claim that vacated title on ECW, left by the Dominator as he departed to Raw. |
8 | |
| 9 |
The Indian goliath can now strike fear in the SmackDown locker room with his draft-day transfer. Who’s next to feel the mighty chop from this beast? |
6 | |
| 10 |
The Legend Killer won the 15-man Battle Royal on Raw to earn two picks, but he eliminated many Raw teammates in the process. Not a good way to make friends in the locker room. |
11 | |
| 11 |
The Samoan Bulldozer made quick work of Balls Mahoney on Draft night. He must be salivating to get revenge on Bobby Lashley, now that they are in the same locker room. |
10 | |
| 12 | 12 | ||
| 13 |
The World Tag Team Champions hang on to No. 13 in the P25 after sweating out Draft night, worried they might be split up. Sunday’s Supplemental Draft still looms. |
13 | |
| 14 |
The World’s Strongest Man should have talked strategy before the team Battle Royal on Raw. Going after teammate Matt Hardy instead of Raw’s Randy Orton might have cost SmackDown two draft picks. |
14 | |
| 15 |
The WWE Tag Team Title contenders suffered a setback, losing to the champions on SmackDown. Can they rebound and position themselves for a title opportunity in Houston? |
16 | |
| 16 |
The Big Red Machine had an uneventful week. But there’s little comfort for Kane, as he adds the goliath-like Great Khali to his battle for big-man supremacy on SmackDown. |
17 | |
| 17 |
If the deranged bruiser had some self-control against The Miz, ECW would have been one Draft pick richer. But would YOU want to be the one to tell him that? Not us! |
19 | |
| 18 |
Candice’s win brought Bobby Lashley to Raw. Sources say a lot of high-fives in the locker room were directed the Diva’s way. |
20 | |
| 19 |
The Intercontinental Champion lost to MVP in a non-title matchup on Raw, which leads the P25 voters to wonder how much longer the “Miracle from Milan” can continue as champ. |
18 | |
| 20 |
Finally, the cowboy crossover has secured a Cruiserweight Championship opportunity against Chavo Guerrero. Their match at Vengeance: Night of Champions might steal the show. |
24 | |
| 21 |
The Alpha Male was the last ECW Superstar to survive in the Raw Battle Royal, then got disqualified on ECW on Sci Fi. Just a slight setback to the Pounce purveyor. |
21 | |
| 22 |
As Vengeance: Night of Champions approaches, can the Women’s Champion feel the grip on her title starting to slip as other Divas creep up the rankings? |
22 | |
| 23 |
Two losses for Elijah Burke this week has the leader of the New Breed seeking stronger support from his teammates. Seeing Striker get “wormed” by Boogeyman didn’t help either. |
23 | |
| 24 |
Woooooo! The P25 welcomes back The Nature Boy. Entering SmackDown can only lead to good things for the 16-time World Champion. |

| 25 |
The pit dweller won in his ECW on Sci Fi debut, but seeing nightcrawlers on the pre-show training table was enough to make some Superstars’ stomachs turn on Tuesday night. |

"Mr. McMahon should be No. 1 this week in his honor!" - Charlie
The Academy replies: Sorry, Charlie, but the Academy is sticking to the books this week. The WWE flag is at half-staff for him, though.
"How does Bobby Lashley not drop after so willingly giving up his title?" - Ana
The Academy replies: Trust us, after all the work Lashley put into getting that gold, he was not all that willing to relinquish it. We can't hold a Draft consequence against him.
"The Miz is getting votes? Is the P25 finally going to get real again?" - Mazz
The Academy replies: It just might with another solid week or two. Can we get a HOO-RAH?
The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their spot on the POWER 25 this week:
Mr. McMahon - Presumed deceased, Mr. McMahon, rest in peace.
Kevin Thorn - The creature of the night falls off the P25, but we expect not for long.
The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of the Academy:
Tommy Dreamer - Back in the old ECW stomping grounds of South Philadelphia, Tommy put on a hardcore clinic, scoring a win over Balls Mahoney.
The Miz - The reality TV rebel is on the rise, catching P25 voters’ eyes in recent weeks.
