RANDY ORTON (16) (Watch | Photos)

The venomous WWE Champion may have lost the battle in the Handicap Match on Raw, but he looks to have won the war against the McMahons after shattering Shane's ankle in a brutal post-match attack.

REY MYSTERIO (Watch | Photos)

The Master of the 619 may not have been in action this week, but the distraction he caused during Chris Jericho's match against Jeff Hardy cost Jericho a spot in Judgment Day's title match.

EDGE (Watch | Photos

Not only did the World Heavyweight Champion lose for the second week in a row to CM Punk, The Rated-R Superstar was also victim of a Twist of Fate and Swanton Bomb on "WWE Superstars."

4

JEFF HARDY (2) (Watch | Photos)

On both "WWE Superstars" and SmackDown, Jeff Hardy proved why he is the No. 1 contender to the World Heavyweight Title with a win over Jericho and a Swanton after "The Cutting Edge."

5

JOHN CENA (Watch | Photos

Answering the challenge from The Miz on Raw, the former champ stepped in it. Big Show followed him out to gain revenge for Cena costing him his match against Batista the week before.

6

BIG SHOW  (1)

The World's Largest Athlete is on the warpath and has one target in mind: John Cena. When the two collide at Judgment Day, Big Show will look to put Cena down once and for all.

7

CHRISTIAN

Captain Charisma didn't have luck on his side this week on ECW. He was teamed with Tommy Dreamer and ended up on the losing side of the action against Mark Henry & Jack Swagger.

6
8

CM PUNK

Although The Straightedge Superstar was brutally attacked by Umaga for the second week in a row, Punk did notch a win over the World Heavyweight Champion for the second week in a row.

9
9

TRIPLE H

Since falling victim to Randy Orton's brutal punt at Backlash that cost him the WWE Title, Triple H has not been seen or heard, leaving us wondering the level of damage The Game sustained from the kick.

5
10

FINLAY

Not only did The Irishman win in one-on-one action against Zack Ryder on "WWE Superstars," the night before, he sought redemption for his loss to Tyson Kidd a week prior by costing Kidd his match.

13
11

MONTEL VONTAVIOUS PORTER

Despite being counted out in his match against Cody Rhodes, thus being unable to join forces with Shane McMahon in the main event, MVP showed that he is on Raw to fight the good fight against The Legacy.

11
12

MATT HARDY

Even though Matt officially declared that his match against Kofi Kingston this week was under protest due to him being injured, in the eyes of the Academy, it was still an official match and an official loss for Hardy.

10
13

CODY RHODES & TED DiBIASE

Both DiBiase & Rhodes had huge weeks on Raw, as not only did they win their singles matches against MVP & Batista, they also helped Randy Orton decimate Shane McMahon after the main event.

17
14

BATISTA

Although Batista's intensity is what makes him The Animal, it can also backfire like it did this week on Raw, which got him disqualified against DiBiase and left Shane McMahon with a 3-on-1 Handicap Match.

14
15

JACK SWAGGER

"The All-American American" has bounced back since his title loss at Backlash, and continued to prove his hunger to regain the ECW Championship with a tag team win on ECW over Tommy Dreamer & Christian.

16
16

UNDERTAKER

Another week and still no Deadman. The Phenom drops another four spots. At this pace, if he isn't back anytime soon, Undertaker will be off the Power 25 before we know it.

12
17

CARLITO & PRIMO

With Carlito's win on Raw over The Brian Kendrick, the Unified Tag Team Champions continue to impress The Academy and we think that the gold will be held tight in their clutches for a long time to come.

18
18

KANE

The Big Red Monster may drop three spots due to not being in action this week, but we're more worried about where he is and what that sinister mind of his might be conjuring up... and who it might hurt.

15
19

JOHN MORRISON

Despite a loss on "WWE Superstars" to Chris Jericho Thursday night, The Shaman of Sexy ended the week on a high note with a win over Charlie Haas on SmackDown.

20
20

CHRIS JERICHO

Even though Chris Jericho lost on SmackDown, his victory over John Morrison on "WWE Superstars" was enough for the first-ever Undisputed Champion to move up one spot.

21
21

MELINA

The Women's Champion was once again M.I.A. this week leaving The Academy no choice but to drop her another two spots. Melina needs to step up her game if she wants to last as champion on SmackDown.

19
22

EVAN BOURNE

"Air" Bourne has been on a roll on ECW, and this week, the WWE Universe was lucky enough to witness another awesome display of his aerial skills in his victory over Tyson Kidd Tuesday night.

24
23

KOFI KINGSTON

For the second week in a row, The Jamaican Superstar has picked up an impressive victory over a new member of the Raw roster, this week defeating Matt Hardy in a singles match.

24

MARYSE

In one-on-one action on Raw, Mickie James defeated the Divas Champion in a non-title action. She's lucky that the title wasn't on the line as she would have lost more than just one spot on the P25.

23
25

MICKIE JAMES

After an impressive win on Raw over Divas Champion Maryse, Mickie James breaks the Power 25. If she wants it bad enough, Mickie could well take the title from Maryse.

NR

FAREWELL

The following Superstar(s) failed to maintain their position on the P25 this week:

Shawn Michaels - Ever since WrestleMania, The Showstopper has not been seen, which leads to him dropping all the way off the list.

Hornswoggle - The little guy's stay on the P25 is over. Unfortunately, he didn't come out from under the ring at all.

OTHERS EARNING VOTES

The following Superstar(s) also received votes from members of The Academy:

Mike Knox - Knox made an impressive debut on SmackDown this week after defeating R-Truth in his first match since being drafted to Friday nights.

Umaga - For the second week in a row, The Samoan Bulldozer targeted CM Punk and left him down and out after a brutal attack.

Michelle McCool - Two weeks in a row, McCool has picked up impressive victories, which leaves us to wonder if she might be the next to challenge for Melina's Women's Title.
