Exploring the Raw Superstar's intense ab workout, the September edition (available now) also explores his daily training routine. The Guru of Greatness talks to Muscle & Fitness about the importance of training in order to stay healthy and prevent injuries, as well as the importance of setting goals for yourself in the gym.
"Find your purpose and train to meet it," Morrison told the magazine. "That's what I do every time I go to the gym."
