Collecting classics with Cena

Car collector John Cena and one of his many impressive American-made rides will be featured in the December issue of AutoTrader's Classic Cars & Parts magazine. The Raw Superstar's 1969 AMC AMX is highlighted in AutoTrader's "Readers Rides" section. The magazine is on newsstands tomorrow.

"It was truly an honor to talk about my '69 AMX with Classic Cars & Parts. I've been an American muscle car nut for as long as I can remember. This is my hobby," Cena told WWE.com.

Cena, an avid reader of AutoTrader publications, often searches for new vehicles to add to his collection during his travels throughout the United States with WWE.

"I travel constantly, sometimes up to 300 days a year. One of my routines on the road is to check out the local ads or the latest issue of AutoTrader Classics for new additions to my collection. I'm always looking for the next deal," he said.

Cena's car collection includes a 1969 Pontiac Judge RAM Air 4, a 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 2006 Dodge Viper Pickup and a 2006 Ford GT, to name just a few.

"Make sure you check out the December issue of Classic Cars & Parts, available on newsstands Oct. 25, to learn the back story on my big, bad, green '69 AMX," Cena said.

Read about Cena's AMC AMX in AutoTrader's Classic Cars & Parts December issue through Nov. 22, or catch it again in MuscleCar Milestones magazine, on newsstands from Nov. 15 to Jan. 17. Check out AutoTrader's Classic Cars & Parts online at autotraderclassics.com.
