Britney Spears supports Generation Rescue

In what may have been a surprise to many, Britney Spears made an appearance at the July 19 Generation Rescue benefit, as reported by Celebrity-Gossip.net July 20. Generation Rescue's goal is to support research and spread knowledge of potential causes for neurological disorders, such as autism, and help families find effective treatments. Jenny McCarthy, a board member of Generation Rescue, and Jim Carrey hosted the event. The full article can be read here.
