According to an article posted on SFGate.com April 15, the historic Cow Palace in San Francisco is no longer in jeopardy of being sold. Originally, the entire 68-acre site was to be declared surplus, but a revised version of the bill will now focus solely on the building’s 13-acre parking lot. The land will be used as part of a larger development. The 67-year-old venue has been home to rodeos, rock concerts and wrestling events, including WWE’s No Way Out in 2004.
