Lawsuit filed against Hulk Hogan and family

Terry “Hulk Hogan” Bollea, his wife Linda, his son Nick and Nick’s friend Daniel Jacobs have all been named in a lawsuit stemming from a car accident that Nick Hogan was involved in, reports a posting on TampaBay.com on March 24. Nick’s friend and Iraq war veteran, John Graziano, is still in critical condition from the 2007 accident. Graziano’s attorneys are seeking damages totaling millions of dollars for the care of Graziano, who needed to have part of the frontal lobe of his brain removed due to injuries leaving him in a semi-conscious state.
