Cesaro talks fitness, diet with Men’s Journal

Days before stepping into the Elimination Chamber for the first time,  Cesaro talked to MensJournal.com about his training and diet regimen, spinning much larger opponents in his patented Cesaro Swing, and staying motivated in the gym.

Since his 2012 debut, The Swiss Superman has wowed the WWE Universe with his incredible strength and poise, lifting superheavyweights like The Great Khali with ease. He’s built a strong following during his short WWE career for implementing classic wrestling moves like the Swing and the Neutralizer. His powerful style has allowed him to capture several honors, including the first Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in 2014 and the WWE Tag Team and United States Championships.
