Val Venis became a two-time Intercontinental Champion by defeating Rikishi on an edition of SmackDown! This wasn't their most memorable match, however. The two met in a breath-taking steel cage match at Fully Loaded in which Rikishi delivered a splash from the top of the cage. Venis, somehow recovered and still won the match.
